Gift voucher terms & conditions

• Gift vouchers are sent as an e-voucher to the recipient’s email address inbox generally within 10 minutes. Please check spam if it does not appear or email info@somersetboatcentre.co.uk if you should have an issue receiving the email
• Gift vouchers are redeemable against any boat, board, craft hire or trip, please quote your unique ref number
• This voucher may not be exchanged for cash, no change will be given but the balance may be applied on future bookings.
• No online booking available, all bookings must be made in person or via phone.
• Gift vouchers expire on the stated date, NO extensions possible in any circumstances, any remaining balance will be lost.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
• Bookings made with a voucher are transferable once at the managers discretion, further booking changes will be declined.
• Cancellation fees apply to voucher bookings as per our terms and conditions.
• Gift vouchers are not valid in our bar or kitchen
